All
from one Smile

He
strolled past and smiled at the stranger
this
smile made the girl sense something good,
she
remembered to call up her mother
weeks
had past, she knew that she should.
The
mother delighted from hearing
went
to place flowers at church,
on
the way saw a lame sparrow
and
placed it back on its perch.
The
church was lit by a white candles
alone
someone sat still in prayer,
but
the mother decided to offer
a
hand, she’d not normally share.
The
old man who grieved for his wife
saw
the kindness that spread from her eyes,
glanced
to the statue of Jesus
and
finally said his goodbyes.
What
started out but a simple smile
helped
a lost soul a mother a bird…
all
which came from a stranger
whose
pure thoughts were reached, and were heard.
